Workday Success Plans is a subscription-based offering that includes education, tools, and Workday expertise to help customers reach their business goals faster by focusing on continuous adoption and driving business value from their Workday applications. The Product Management team focuses on creating programs and content that inspire our customers to use Workday more effectively. About the Role

You will help build digital tools, templates, and dashboards that our global Workday Success Plans team and global customer base will use on a daily basis. You will identify opportunities to make internal content creation processes more efficient with tools and technology. You will collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to build engaging content that is based on the specific needs of each of our Workday Success Plans customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Automating the generation of customer facing presentations and spreadsheets
• Supporting the existing toolset and troubleshooting problems within Google applications.
• Automating the creation of learning paths for individual customers by analyzing data and identifying what interests them.
• Gathering and documenting requirements for new tools.
• Prototyping new applications using Python, Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Visual Basic, etc.
• Creating and updating documentation and enablement assets used within the team.

About You

Basic requirements

• 2-4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting.
• Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools, including experience with data modeling, data management, ETL processes, and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience developing automation solutions within Google Workspace using Google Apps Script (Spreadsheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience developing automation solutions using JavaScript, Visual Basic.
• Experience working in very small development teams and working independently on efforts from requirements to test and launch.
• Excellent communicator in English with strong attention to detail with all customer facing materials.
• Excellent collaborator - we are a team of talented individuals with very strong comradery.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python (data analysis and automation libraries such as: Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Selenium, etc.).
• Experience with scripting and creating solutions with Google Workspace a plus.
• Strong drive for continuous learning and continuous process improvement.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
