Job Description

We are looking for a Software Developer to be part of a SCRUM team that focuses on software solutions relating to the management of 911 data and its use in routing 911 calls.  This is a full time remote (work from home) position.  This is an excellent opportunity to work on a small SCRUM development team and help elevate our existing solutions and innovate new solutions in an ever changing public safety industry.

Successful candidate will be working on modifying existing applications and develop new applications

Role requires working independently and in paired programming scenarios for both design, construction, and testing of software applications

Who you are:

Required Qualifications
1+ years' experience in a Software Development role working on full stack software applications
Understanding of software design principles, defensive programming techniques, and software testing and automation
Proficient in DotNet (mostly C#), VB.Net, Javascript/Typescript, and MS SQL Server (TSQL)
Exposure to working with business logic at the database level
Proficient at providing UI/UX experiences
Proficient at working with Azure DevOps / Git / Azure Pipelines
Bachelors or Masters degree

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of working with 911 data is highly desired
Experience with Esri Stack is a plus
Bachelor's degree 

2+ years' experience in a Software Development role working on full stack software applications - preferred

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development or IT

Strong understanding of software design principles, defensive programming techniques, and software testing and automation

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
