The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

 

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Data Analyst role will make an impact: 

 

  • Analyze sales KPIs and bonus targets to monitor and assess performance

  • Use mainly local provider data input and the IQVIA database to extract and analyze relevant data

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other analytical tools to visualize data

  • Track selling performance on Hospital, Chain or Pharmacy level

  • Track the performance of business units, products, and territories

  • Identify trends and patterns in the data to provide actionable insights

  • Present data findings to management and other stakeholders

  • Conduct forecasting to predict future sales and performance trends

  • Analyze historical data to identify long-term trends and make recommendations

  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data being analyzed

  • Implement data validation processes to maintain high data quality standards

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve data issues

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to understand their data needs

  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to use analytical tools and interpret data

  • Stay updated with the latest analytical tools and methodologies

  • Continuously seek ways to improve data analysis processes and tools

  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance data capabilities

 

 

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power Query and Power BI

  • Experience with IQVIA database or similar healthcare data sources is preferred

  • Fluent Czech or Slovak language as well as proficiency in English at an intermediate level

  • Proven track record of using data to drive business insights and decisions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively

  • Experience in sales performance analysis and forecasting is an advantage
