Job Descriptions

• Support applications and the overall ecosystem.
• Assist the supervisor in monitoring and maintaining system stability, and provide solutions to address stability issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Adopt DevOps and Agile practices to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and work independently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of IT system development & support experience.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of programming languages including Java EE, JavaScript, NodeJS on Typescript, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Knowledge of using public cloud services, e.g. Azure, GCP, etc.
• Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
