This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

In the HPE Chief Technology Office, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. What you'll do:

 

      • Lead the QA automation team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

      • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks for web applications.

      • Collaborate with development &  product management to understand requirements and design comprehensive automated test strategies.

      • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify, document, and track defects.

      • Continuously improve automation processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

      • Ensure integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

      • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA automation and implement them as appropriate.

      • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW

      • Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, test scripts, and test results.

      • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

 

What you need to bring:

 

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

      • Proven experience (12+ years) in QA automation, with at least 4 years in a lead/manager role.

      • Strong proficiency in advanced Java and Selenium is a must.

      • Solid knowledge of API based testing and validation.

      • Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium.

      • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

      • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

      • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

      • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.

·         Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

·         Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes

·         Familiarity with ITOM domains.
