Responsible for working on a production support team as an Application maintenance and support person in a role supporting Mainframe applications - Point of Sale, Adjustment and DUR applications in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Will be part of the team supporting over 30 applications with high customer support level expectations.  Person is responsible for code analysis and provide business friendly explanation to requests and incidents. Ability to take quick action to resolve production critical incidents. Focus for this opportunity is to bring in innovative ideas to automate and eliminate business requests and incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate must have experience working in Production support.  Candidate must be good communicator and have strong people skills.
  • Candidate should be familiar with handling Production incidents and alerts.
  • Candidate should quickly learn the application architecture and provide resolution to business queries and incidents
  • Candidate should know how to use service now and respond back to users thru it.
  • Candidate should be familiar with addressing Critical incidents, collaborate with EOCC and work on providing resolution to critical incidents. 

 
Skill set

  • JCL: 10+ years
  • CA7: 3+ years
  • PSO tools/service now: 5+ year
  • Job qualifications considered a plus
  • JAVA skill will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in Health care or PBM industry
  • Jira
  • PBM or Health Care business experience
