SR. SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER

THE ROLE : AMD Hyderabad is looking for an I/O or PHY  circuit design Engineer with the following profile: 

1. Solid understanding  of CMOS basics with work experience in Finfet technology.
2. Good knowledge of  Over voltage GPIO Design/High Speed I/O Design, ESD, Reliability, Aging, EMIR and Latch-up.
3. Familiarity with IP release flows to SOC
4. Design experience in DDR4/DDR5/HBM3/HBM4/UCIE/MIPI/LVDS
5. Familiarity with: JEDEC requirements for DDR/HBM interfaces & standards; Power & Signal Integrity.
6. Knowledge of DLL/Phase Interpolator/Duty cycle corrector 
7. Knwoledge of Tx/Rx Equlization/high speed tachniques 
8. Candidate should be flexible in terms of taking up different assignments during the design cycle.
9. Basic exposure to layout techniques with attention to review the layouts and provide constraints.
10. Ability to show accountability and ownership through hands-on technical leadership.
11. Good problem solving skills by applying new or known circuit design techniques.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in interactions with different stake holders 
13. Good team Player.
14. Exposure to PERC/SHELL scripting desired.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

B.Tech/B.E./MS /M.E. /M tech/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering 

Experience: 

6+  years of relevant experience
