Description
1. Familiar with electronic product performance test and analysis.2. Focus on local customers and manage customer quality issue solution (whole RMA process following up,RMA reduction).
3. Build good relationship with customer for problem solving, quality improvement, quality performance tracking,customer satisfaction & CSR.
4. Working with internal Team and customer, solve IC level quality issue.
Requirements
1. 2 years working experience FAE or Product quality Engineer or customer service for electronic product.2. strong skills in problem solving quality / application issue.
3. Knowledge of quality tools and reliability concepts is essential.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skill with customer and internal team.
