1. Accountable to build charming wireless product with innovative ideas in MediaTek inside products.2. Combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience to help teams improve the design of products.
3. Co-working with engineering, quality control, business teams and MediaTek partners closely. Plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure projects meet deadlines and business target.

Requirements
1. Master degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience2. 4+ years technical experience in communication industry
3. Familiar with program management
4. Accountability for the innovation brainstorming, developing, promotion and management
5. Influencing and cross-team communication abilities
6. Good at cross-team coordination and task arrangement
7. Good at market and product competitiveness analysis in mobile product
8. Enthusiastic about innovation discovery and incubation
9. Effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
