[What you will do]The intern will be exposed to part of the RF / analog IC design flow in MediaTek: the 4th largest global fabless semiconductor company.
He/She will participate in some of the following listed scope:
- RF / analog Integrated circuit building blocks theoretical study (research from technical publications)
- Hands-on usage of Cadence Virtuoso CAD tools for circuit design or other supporting tools (e.g. MATLAB)
- Circuit design in CMOS process using simulators to design building blocks that meets specification requirements.
- Create Scripts for design-related usage
Requirements
