Description
1. Responsible for critical Failure Analysis activities of MTK product, including reliability qual fail and customer RMA product. Providing comprehensive failure analysis by using 3rd party outside FA lab facilitating to get the analysis done and co-working/communicating the FA findings with cross-organization team member including hardware designer, product, package, testing engineer, etc. for root-cause finding.2. Using the state of the art optical fault isolation systems (Dynamic Laser Stimulation [DLS], Laser Voltage Imaging and Probing [LVx]) to perform electrical failure analysis for circuit critical path tracing and process latent defect location finding

Requirements
1. 2 plus years of semiconductor field experience is required.2. MS degree in electronics or related engineering fields
3. Highly skilled requirements include understanding of transistor device physics and basic concept of PFA/EFA tools such as OBIRCH, SEM, FIB, TEM, X-ray, Nanoprobing, etc.)
4. Hand-on failure analysis, testing and circuit design experience is a plus.
