Job Title: HR Senior Staffing SpecialistJob Summary:
The HR Senior Staffing Specialist is responsible for providing expertise in the development and driving implementation of various HR programs and initiatives in support of the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives in line with business objectives. HR topics include performance, workforce, organization and job level management
Work collaboratively with HR teams, business leaders to deliver high-quality HR programs and initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for the adoption of new HR strategies and tools.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and above. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in HR program development and implementation. Longer Experience is welcomed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with a high sense of achievement and purpose.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a global organization headquarter and co-working with cross-functional teams.
Experience in implementing HR platforms.
Has high-level of module design structure thinking. Manage and drive the implementation of key HR projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and communication.
