Description
1. Represent 3GPP RAN4 RF activities and development strategy for Mediatek.2. Team leader of 3GPP RAN4 RF group. 3. Short term KPI: Successfully build/manage the 3GPP RAN4 RF group and lead the team to responsible for main topic in R19 and beyond RF standard developments for the best benefit for Mediatek product development.
4. Long term KPI: Achieve world number one RAN4 RF standard group as what Huawei did. To be very important role in 3GPP RAN4 RF origination. (higher than RAN4 vice chairman)
Requirements
1) Rich experience in 3GPP RAN4 RF standard development activities2). Deep understanding of OFDM/MIMO wireless communication system, signal process, automatic gain control, RF impairments, channel estimation, equalization and coding theory, etc.
3) Knowledge of existing and modern transceiver architecture, high level modeling of radio system behaviors and compare high level performance for feasibility evaluation.
4) Experience with Matlab or C/C++ for algorithm development, modeling, and simulation.
