• Develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies to promote MediaTek's image and reputation.• Work closely with the executive team and internal global Marcom/PR teams to create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Build and maintain relationships with Taiwan media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
• At least 6 years’ hands-on experience in PR and ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.• Excellent proficiency in both oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
•Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as BU, marketing, HR, and executives.
• Strong professional ethics and integrity.
• Proficiency in crisis management and handling PR crises effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business background and knowledge in semi-conductor industry are plus.
