Description
• Work with the architecture team in the early stage of the project to derive various architecture and micro-architecture proposals.• Work with the performance architect to create performance models for various functional blocks of a microprocessor, memory subsystem and the whole core.
• Work with design teams to analyze performance corner cases and provide feedback to the architecture team.

Requirements
• Masters/Bachelor or above degree in electronic/electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics or physics.• 2+ years of CPU Architecture development or Processor Performance modeling experience with excellent knowledge of Computer Architecture
• Hands on experience on a popular simulation framework or Instruction Set Simulator (Eg. GEM5, Spike, QEMU)
• Excellent C++ and scripting skills with exposure to SystemC and assembly for test cases
• Familiar with ISAs (x86, ARM, RISC-V and etc)
• Familiar with industry bus protocols (APB, AXI, ACE, CHI and etc).
• Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills
