1. Electrical/physical analysis of product quality issues.2. Cross-departmental communication to analyze the root cause of product failures.
3. Management of fault analysis vendors.
Requirements
1. 4 plus years of semiconductor field experience is required.2. MS degree in electronics or related engineering fields
3. Highly skilled requirements include understanding of transistor device physics and basic concept of PFA/EFA tools
4. Hand-on failure analysis, testing and circuit design experience is a plus.
