- Represent the company to demonstrate value and target for strategic design wins- In charge of revenue quota target, pursue rev achievement thru forecasting operation, gap analysis, order management
- Work on key account management, form account strategy, in managing customer relationship
- Internally coordinate across product lines to engage customer with technical support and pricing/deal
- Work Location：Hsinchu, Taipei, Chupei
Requirements
- Over 10 years’ experience in related industries (IC fabless, EDA, system ODMs, networking system, etc.), rich experience with TW major customers, specifically networking and Auto- English proficiency for fluent business communication, presentation skills (Mandarin & English)
- Travel (below 20%, mostly trips to China)
- Analytical skills for revenue target management, forecasting operation
- Strategic thinking on customer engagement strategy and account planning
- Communication and coordination across sales teams and business groups
