Job Description
Description
1. Design of RF/Analog/Mixed-signal IC circuit blocks / IPs based on specifications (performance, area, power consumption)2. Realize IC layout with floorplanning and performance considerations (with layout engineers)
3. Testing & Debugging of IC prototypes (with system verification engineers)
4. Support of IC to mass production ready
5. Continual support / debug of field related issues or customer IC rejects
6. IC design and performance documentation
Requirements
1. BSc/ MSc in EE/EEE (major in IC Design)2. Experience in design of RF transceiver CMOS building blocks : LNA, VCO, PA, Filters, Mixers & PMU
3. Experience in usage of CAD tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, MMSIM is required
4. For junior candidates, knowledge of RF/analog designs through final year project and internship are an added advantage
