1. Ownership for supply management through close communication with customers and internal PIC - Backlog/RTF management and update
- Allocation/shortage control
- EOL/LTB follow up
- SCM management
- Actual shipment and logistic issue support
- Billing/hit rate/ payment overdue tracking
- Sales assistance
2. Customers’ system maintenance (RTF, SCM, annual supplier evaluation, credit evaluation)
3. Leading regular SCM meeting with customers

Requirements
1. Education minimum: BS degree2. + 3 years of customer service representative experience in semiconductor business field against Korea major OEM/ODM/Disty
(Preferred Samsung account CS experience)
3. Fluent in English language
Preferred good in Chinese language.
4. Good ability to use MS office tool
5. Passionate, positive, good in team, open-minded attitude, patient characteristic against high pressure situation
