Description
1. Collaborate with the firmware, tool software, and algorithm departments to develop competitive factory RF calibration functions.2. Continuously optimize factory calibration functions with the goals of reducing calibration time, improving calibration accuracy, and enhancing execution stability.
3. Write high-quality technical documentation and hand it over to the customer support unit for customer support.
4. Support key customers in completing the optimization of factory calibration.

Requirements
1. MS degree and more than 4 years of working experience in the RF field.2. Good experience in RF system applications for NR (sub-6), LTE, and WCDMA standards.
3. Good knowledge & verification experience of front-end modules (PA, LNA, switch) and passive components.
4. Capability in software coding is preferred (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C#).
5. Ability to deliver fluent presentations and write high-quality technical reports
6. Possesses the qualities of independent learning, self-motivation, and critical thinking. Can work independently on tasks and collaborate smoothly with different teams
