- Responsible for reference design of smartphone or modem module- Design, develop and documenting the hardware platform (EVB/phone), provide schematic/BOM/SMT/ASSY documents,
working with the CAD team on the PCB layout
- Production and verification of HW platform
- Provide engineering support for customers designing-in the SoC and production of their products.
- Analyze customers' requirements and issues to provide technical
guidance and solutions and improvement to future products.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in designing circuits & PCBs and working with CAD tools (ORCAD, Power logic, Power PCB, Allegro, etc.).
- Experience with designing and releasing
smartphone or modem module.
- Familiar with SoC peripheral interfaces
(DDR, eMMC, I2S, UART, I2C, SPI, etc.)
- Experienced with power circuit of handheld products
- Experienced with system/component level
failure analysis
- A team player with good communication
skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with consumer networking
functions such as Bluetooth, WiFi, Ethernet, or cellular system.
- Experience with high speed interfaces such as HDMI, MIPI, USB, UFS, PCIe.
- Familiar with embedded OS (Linux, Android)
