1. CQE(Customer Quality Engineering) Assistant Position2. Support for CQE Engineers
3. Customer RMA test support
4. RMA Lab management
5. Communication with multiple internal teams for further RMA process
6. Improve RMA process and reduce RMA cycle time.

Requirements
1.Excellent is MS office tools (Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word)2.Handset Systems Knowledge - Understanding how handset failure symptoms correlate to customer reported fail signatures
3. Proactive attitude in communication with interpersonal skill

5. Foreign language skills – English(mandatory),
