We are currently seeking a proactive attorney with commercial acumen, strong communication skills, and contract negotiation experience:1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, procurement contracts, licensing agreements, sales contracts, and supply chain management contracts;
2. Providing legal consultation and strategic advice tailored to the industry's characteristics for the company;
3. Offering internal legal education and training.

Requirements
Fluency in both Mandarin and English;- Over four years of relevant experience in an internationally renowned law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational corporation (with a preference for those in the high-tech industry);
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.), Master of Laws (LLM), or equivalent degree is highly desirable;
- Possession of a practicing lawyer's qualification is a plus;
- Knowledge or experience in the following areas is particularly advantageous: artificial intelligence, software licensing, semiconductor supply chain;
- Strong communication skills, the ability to think independently, collaborate across departments, and propose diverse solutions;
- A growth mindset, willingness to learn about the company's business and new technologies, and a desire to grow with the company.
