1. CPU power pre-silicon vs. post-silicon correlation. Ensure CPU power quality2. CPU max. current pre-silicon vs. post-silicon correlation. Validate max. current protection technique for system stability
3. PMIC+PDN+CPU power efficient optimization
Requirements
1. Master or above, major in EE/CS or related field.2. Familiar with PMIC and power management technique
3. Familiar with IC process and semiconductor device physics
3. Familiar with IC product development
4. Responce for IC product debug and problem solving
Plus for
1. Familiar with pre-silicon power estimation (PTPX) and post-silicon power measurement (scope)
2. Knowledge of CPU scenario power analysis (idle, benchmark, gaming...)
3. Perl or Python programming skill
