About the Job

Texas Instruments Israel is looking for a System Validation manager to join our HW System group. As the Validation and Integration manager, you will be responsible for TI’s SoC validation and characterization process. In this role, you will be responsible for Post-Silicon RF Validation and Characterization, involving automation coding, system analysis, and debugging. You will also have a significant part in SoC reliability and performance of our devices. You will be working closely with System (RF & BB), Design, Algo and SW teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own Post-Silicon for TI Connectivity devices (WiFi and BLE)
  • Developing and maintaining RF validation tests and automation using Python
  • Full signoff on SoC Data-sheet
  • Close collaboration with System, Architecture, Design, and FW teams
  • Taking significant part with Validation EVBs
  • Hands-on RF test equipment and code

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate B.Sc. electrical/communication engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • Proven management experience, leading a team for at least 2 years, and minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Validation and RF
  • System understanding of RF architecture, parameters and tradeoffs
  • Wide experience in SoC validation and validation methodologies
  • Self-learner, able to understand specifications and able to own and perform a complex tasks end to end

 

Advantages:
