Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
  
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  
• 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Build goal for Code Security and Open Source Security within and outside Google.
• Design and build durable infrastructure that enables us to test, build and protect open source software.
• Strategize and drive alignment with Cloud CISO team, Google Security team and product teams in GCP on Open Source Security as well as code security.
• Mentor Software Engineers within and outside of Cloud Security.
