- 10 years of experience in Business Continuity and Resilience.
- 5 years of experience in building and managing cyber resiliency and disaster recovery programs.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Experience working across departments to meet management goals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work separately and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic and investigative skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$296,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber resilience strategy encompassing business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response.
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Ensure business continuity plans are up-to-date, effective, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Adjust programs and strategies based on analysis of Key Risk Indicators, thematic trends, and emerging patterns.
- Manage and mentor a team of business continuity and disaster recovery professionals.
