Analyze data to determine flows necessary for fish or wildlife by using instream flow data, GIS analysis, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling techniques, species distribution models, climate models, and ecosystem service models. Coordinate research between ODFW research groups, other agencies, contractors, and academics. Develop long-term implementation plans and strategies to be used by ODFW, agency partners, and partners for requesting instream flows and develop strategies for restoring adequate flows to the state’s streams.
