Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own KPIs and deliver optimized customer service (OTIF), product availability, budget management and cost-to-serve (CtS) by initiating and running projects/programs aligned with the Regional CSC and Global Pharma Supply Chain strategies, as well as Commercial strategies.
- Actively support delivery of other End to End SC & Business KPIs, such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, SLOB/ write-offs.
- Active participation, providing inputs & constructive challenges to drive aligned actions and high-quality performance in/ out of the CCC Integrated Business Planning cycle (Demand + Supply planning process)
- Timely and clear communication with Key Stakeholders in the market and regional teams in case of stock unavailability issues by stating root causing, mitigation plans, alternative scenarios & required actions/support/decision.
- Manage distribution network, transportation, storage and labelling/repacking, serizalization activities for the market.
- Manage inbound & import process in a compliant manner into the Markets, taking into account strict MOH rules and regulations.
- Support effective management outbound Customer Service and order management to first trade customer including order placement, invoicing, and customer complaints processes.
- Ensure product quality is maintained across the distribution network (PIRC, LIC, returns, missing, out-of-spec, or damaged inbound stock and support through investigations with LSP/LOC/SCP).
- Manage local processes and liaise with LSPs, GSK Regulatory to manage logistics activities for Pack Changes, Discontinuations, first-time new product importation, free samples, clinical trial deliveries, Tender samples etc.
- Take ownership for Logistics Service Providers selection via bid process and contractual decisions (rates/service agreement).
- Manage, develop and improve both strategic and operational relationships with external Logistics Service Providers and First Trade Customers.
- Report and manage risks and Business Continuity Plans.
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance within all CS&L activities in line with GSK policies (QA, QMS and EHS standards, ABAC, SEC) regional legislation and industry best practice. JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW

- Minimum 10 years of diversified Supply Chain experience (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, CS&L etc.)
- Strong understanding of commercial drivers, objectives and challenges
- Strong relationship (stakeholder, team) management skills, with the ability to interact, influence, and manage multiple and varied business contacts, both internal and external, often with different requirements and goals.
- Strong leadership skills
