MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Enterprise Planning & Analytics Organization is a global organization responsible for all the data management, reporting and analytics for the Commercial Organization, Category and Customer Support – globally and including Market and Country level reporting.
The Sales & End Customer Data & Business Insights team is part of the global Enterprise Planning & Analytics team and holds responsible for a large set of reporting Solutions for Sales Stakeholders.
When serving our 4000+ stakeholders and users, we aim to enable their organization’s processes with data and insights, so they are leading to the right decisions and outcomes.
Objective/Purpose:
The Data Product Owner is responsible to own and drive all Reporting relevant topics for their area of focus.
This role is responsible to understand the requirements and turn them into projects and initiatives within the team, but also across Enterprise Planning & Analytics and other relevant organizations.
The person needs to have a very close relationship to the key Sales stakeholders, to understand their needs and get them fulfilled through the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Define Semantic Models/App design and strategy with data consumers and aligned to product definition characteristics
Responsible for Data Product Quality scores and KPIs, including Customer satisfaction index and their improvement
Document, publish and keeps up to date key artifacts for owned Data Product
Define Service Level Objectives (SLO) and works with Data Platform Ops team to ensure they are met
Approve data access and monitor proper usage of owned Data Products
Support Quality issues resolution involving data system of origin ands data engineers as required
Represent EPA in front of audit/compliance
Owns communication to stakeholders regarding changes, issues and opportunities
Signed-off on projects/UAT impacting owned Datq Product
Know the Data Product together with its strengths and weaknesses, to be able to provide demos to the users
Make sure data quality, accuracy and timeliness is being treated as the top-priority.
Define improvement and enhancement plans, based on your own observations together with feedback from the users.
Take the lead of specific projects pertaining to owned Data Product and drive them through all Project cycles.
E2E Data Product lifecycle oversight.
Education and background
5+ years of professional experience within either Sales Ops, Sales or Finance organizations.
Experience working with global teams with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or project management.
Very good understanding of BI technology
Good experience with BI visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, ThoughtSpot) and their implementation
Experience with Sales or Finance tools has a distinct advantage
Basic data modeling and database design understanding is a plus.

Strong presentation skills to delivering formal presentations to various levels of management.
Being familiar with Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations topics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly experienced on Management of Change (MoC) from gap analysis to stakeholder management with effective transition from development to operations.
Leading team meetings, tracking issues, decisions, action items, and following-up to drive issues to closure.
Global cross-cultural experience preferred.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities regarding Health and Work safety

To inform the manager and/or the employer about the accidents he suffered.
To participate at EHS trainings (at employment, at the workplace, periodical, at the change of workplace or transfer, when introducing a new work equipment or in case of changes of existent equipment) and to perform medical labor safety examinations at employment and periodic.
To cooperate as it is necessary with the employer and / or designated EHS employee in order to make possible the achievement of any measures or requirements provided by labor and health inspectors to protect the health and safety of employees.
To cooperate as it is necessary with the employer and / or designated EHS employee in order to allow the employer to ensure that the work environment and conditions are safe and without health and safety risks in his area of activity.
To learn and comply with legislation requirements in the field of health and safety at work, and with provisions of HP Inc. standards.
To provide all the necessary information required by the labor and health protection inspectors;
To comply with the fire protection provisions issued by the company management.
