The Software Development Engineer will be key in shaping and building disruptive products on HP/Poly's Android embedded platforms. This is no cookie cutter Android development; this is a creative space that will make you think and challenge you at every turn.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your programming skills to build rich user experiences, solve complex problems with content collaboration, audio and video processing. The solutions you build will run on a wide variety of Poly hardware platforms around the world and be used every day.JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW
- Turn software requirements into clean working software.
- Use the latest technologies to build Android services, applications, and API's.
- Balance performance with the constraints of embedded platforms.
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience designing and developing software applications design tools and languages, such as Java, Kotlin, C/C++, or similar object-oriented programming language, Android environment
- 2-4 years of professional experience
- Experience in overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions
- Designing and integrating software applications running on multiple platform types into overall architecture
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

The base pay range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
