You’ll be joining our Content Services – Quality Engineering Chapter, working in the exciting world of “Document Management” for the bank, supporting the design & development of cutting-edge technologies to automate document generation, document validation and storage.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible in developing test strategy, plans and estimates, analyse and translate business requirements and functional specifications into testing requirements, develop automation frameworks, scripts and provide input to planning and scheduling for projects as detailed within the test strategy. Also, you’ll be provide technical feedback, guidance and mentoring to other members of the team to support their career progression and testing capability uplift

Pride themselves in having a quality mindset and are able assess and implement test automation tools and frameworks
Have solid coding skills and can create frameworks from scratch
Are knowledgeable working in full cycle engineering environments
Are comfortable working in a Shift Left, Agile and product aligned team
Are knowledgeable in creating test scripts and writing test plans
Are comfortable with stakeholder management and liaising with teams both onshore and offshore.
Can mentor other engineers in terms process and technology
Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team
Engineering mindset with an ability to program in languages such as C#, Typescript, Java Script or Python
Strong experience in building test automation framework from scratch for both UI and APIs.
Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Soap UI, Rest Assured
Strong knowledge of integration patterns such as Webservices, REST, Kafka
Strong experienced in one of the CI/CD tools – Github actions, Teamcity / Jenkins, Octopus etc
Exposure to testing documents in various formats
Exposure to AWS will be an added advantage
