Broadridge is seeking an innovative
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to analyze product requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies.
- Take ownership of end-to-end software delivery, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and best practices.
- Design and develop high-performance, reliable, and secure software using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and event-driven architectures with Kafka.
- Integrate solutions within AWS cloud infrastructure, applying best practices for cloud-native development.
- Guide and mentor team members, providing expertise in coding standards, code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests, ensuring high coverage and predictable software behavior.
- Champion DevOps practices—automate CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Nexus.
- Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience, with demonstrated leadership in complex software projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and message-driven architectures (Kafka).
- Solid experience with RESTful web services and microservice design principles.
- Strong Mulesoft background
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying applications on AWS.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong grasp of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
Hourly range $80-90hr
