Job Description

Position Summary

1. Standardize the software development process to meet the delivery, quality and cost of software.
2. Monitor quality of software development outcomes and continue to improve the process.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Improving the software process] Establish/improve software process within the organization and develop guideline and template.

2. [Development of software development methodology] Understand different development methodologies and improve them in accordance with each organization.

3. [Reviewing software project] Supervise through process tailoring, review and inspection activities of software development tasks.

4. [Software measurement and analysis] Analyze measured result based on collect data and find improvement points.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways

• Actively solves complicated issues by analyzing situations or data even if it seems like there is no solution

• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments

• May supervise the activities of others

• Generally requires a minimum 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 7 years experience
