Job Description
Position Summary
1. Explore areas to apply machine learning technology, develop measures on collecting data used for model learning and evaluation and collect data.2. Develop data pre-processing and feature extraction algorithms and modeling/pattern recognition algorithm by reflecting data characteristics.
3. Perform to optimize data analysis software, develop performance evaluation measures and evaluate.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Finding areas to apply machine learning technology] Analyze data collected while using software in actual situation, measuring/inspecting process and etc. and develop strategy on applying machine learning technology.
2. [Collecting and managing training data] Approve measures on collecting and managing effective data used for training machine learning algorithm.
JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW3. [Developing data pre-processing algorithm] Lead to reflect the features of collected data well and develop pre-processing algorithm that eases unnecessary complexity.
4. [Developing modeling and pattern recognition algorithm] Lead to apply suitable machine learning model or algorithm in accordance with the purpose of application that users want.
5. [Developing performance evaluation measures] Develop performance evaluation strategy to evaluate and maintain the effectiveness of developed application.
6. [Securing and managing large-scale computing resources] Develop strategy on securing computing server to use algorithm that requires massive computing resources such as deep learning and massive data.
Skills and Qualifications
• As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolutions to critical issues and broad design matters
• Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
• Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as external spokesperson for the organization
• Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• May direct and control the activities of a broad function in one or more functional areas
• Has overall responsibility for planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing changes and methods
• Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions may frequently involve special skills such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding significant matters to the organization
• Typically requires a minimum 14 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 9 years experience
