【Key Responsibilities】
1. Develop state-of-the-art baseband algorithms to enhance communication system performance.
2. Architect and design Ethernet or PCIe/USB4 PHY systems, focusing on system efficiency and reliability.
3. Lead communication system verification efforts to ensure system integrity and performance.
4. Innovate in architecture and algorithm design for low-power, high-speed communication systems.
5. Apply digital signal processing techniques to optimize mixed-signal system functionality.
6. Actively participate in IEEE/OIF standard meetings, contributing to the development of industry standards.
7. Leverage the trend of Generative AI to drive the development of high-speed SerDes solutions for data center applications.
Requirements
【Who We Are Looking For】1. A holder of an MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
2. A professional with a deep understanding of digital signal processing algorithms and their practical applications.
3. A proficient programmer with experience in C/C++ and Matlab.
4. An expert with a solid understanding of communication theory and commercial communication specifications.
5. A knowledgeable individual with familiarity in commercial wired or wireless communication standards.
6. A candidate with experience (preferred) in system development for Ethernet 224/448G PAM4/6/8 or PCIe/USB4.
7. A proactive contributor (preferred) with experience in attending and influencing IEEE/OIF standard meetings.
8. An individual with a keen interest in the impact of Generative AI on high-speed SerDes and data center applications.
