1.Develop methodologies and implement DFT for pre/post-silicon DFT flow2.Contribute to all product-line test quality.

1.Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Over 5 years of experience on Design for Testability and IC Design Flow2.Experience with tools and methodologies for DFT -- hierarchical DFT, LBIST, MBIST, Diagnosis
3.Experience of silicon debug and yield analysis
4.Familiar with CPU/GPU high-speed design
5.Familiar with implementation flow, from RTL design, design verification, synthesis, APR
6.Good software and scripting skills, such as perl, python, tcl
