Description
We are recruiting a senior Sales and Business Development professional to drive MediaTek IoT engagements and grow revenue at Industrial customers in Central Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). You will be responsible to proactively:
- build the company relationship at key Industrial accounts from engineering and procurement organisations to executive level
- Build and manage a D-WIN funnel and account plan from new business opportunities to closure to enable long term revenue growth
- Achieve assigned revenue goals
You are expected to actively drive successful System-on-Chip sales for IPC, System Automation, Industrial Gateway and HMI product lines from opportunity generation, pre-sales promotion stages to final product launch and shipment. Forming an integral part of a culturally diverse and growing team and organization, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact successfully in a multi-cultural, multi-organisations environment.

This position is located in Germany, Dusseldorf or Frankfurt area.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in successfully developing Sales at European Industrial equipment systems and sub-systems makers (Automation, industrial robots, Gateways, IPC, HMI).
• Strong networking skills and background at both working and executive levels at central Europe industrials accounts
• Significant, proven work experience in the semiconductor industry or embedded system industry.
• The ability to quickly assimilate, understand and convey technical and commercial information internally and externally is critical to this role.
• Experience of hands-on commercial engagement with customers and external parties, representing and promoting corporate business interests.
• Proven record in proposing, driving and closing business deals.
• Proven ability to effectively and confidently interface with external engineers, commercial managers, partners and customers, as well as internally. This includes the ability to develop and deliver clear presentations to senior executive-level audiences.
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to successfully close business transactions.
• Excellent communication skills: First-class written and presentation skills, as well as being fluent in written and spoken English.
• Degree qualified in an Electrical Engineering or related subject (or equivalent).
