We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager who will work closely with the UI/UX software team to develop next generation software. This individual will need a solid track record of building and maintaining complex UX software and familiarity with machine learning pipelines, platforms, tools and processes that deliver end-to-end experiences that delight customers.JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience driving very large, complex software system development and integration.
- At least 5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA)
- Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplines
- Excellent track record of project management and meeting deliverables
- Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineers
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audience
- Flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audience
- Can influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areas
