Job Description
Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions and improve customer engagement? We are seeking an Analytics & Insights Lead to join our dynamic team.
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for collating relevant stakeholder engagement data to measure the effectiveness of our strategies. You will ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy, support execution by creating unified views, develop performance dashboards, and support data-driven initiatives. Your strategic insights will drive higher satisfaction among our stakeholders and significantly enhance our efforts in reaching our business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
1.Data-driven Insights:
- Create and manage a unified view by consolidating and analyzing data from various sources to drive strategic business decisions and improve engagement.
- Understand experience management and provide relevant insights to deliver a meaningful and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
2.Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Lead analytics work, including the development of lead and lag metrics/KPIs, assessment of content, channel performance, and analysis of stakeholder behavior with streamlined reporting and tracking mechanisms.
- Develop and execute short and long-term measurement plans for proposed initiatives, partnering with other key stakeholders as needed.
- Measure the performance of campaigns across engagement channels and suggest ways to improve effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop data-driven dashboards with near real-time tracking to monitor the performance of various initiatives, leveraging BI tools.
- Analyze metrics, feedback, survey responses, and content effectiveness, performing response modeling as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven engagement initiatives, analyzing results to optimize performance and drive additional revenue opportunities.
- Set up and design A/B testing, perform scenario analysis, and other deep dive analyses to address questions related to execution and impact.
3.Stakeholder Management:
- Provide analytics inputs/insights to other stakeholders in the local country team to improve content effectiveness and channel selection/prioritization for enhanced experience.
4.Project Management & Support:
- Partner with internal Centers of Excellence to identify new approaches such as data science techniques and new data sources to power analytics and activation opportunities.
- Develop analytics-related best practices and actively bring them to markets in collaboration with global and regional teams to accelerate the team’s capabilities to cultivate a rapid iteration of content & campaign for enhanced experience.
- Drive integration of dynamics with broader analytics activities to help paint a full picture of commercial execution and stakeholder engagement/experience.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Marketing, or any other related discipline.
- 8+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in analytics, business intelligence, and data science.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare is an additional advantage.
- Experience in management and team management.
