Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Oversee software development processes, manage cloud platforms, APIs, and database technologies to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Product Management: Develop and maintain user-centric product strategies, write clear user stories, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Business Acumen: Apply knowledge of the biopharma industry, patient services, and healthcare regulations to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Project Oversight: Lead project management activities, including setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to prioritize user needs, conduct usability testing, and create intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to derive insights, measure KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
Health Information Exchange: Responsible for securing and standardizing the sharing of protected health information among providers and patients.
Effective Communication: Communicate product requirements, priorities, and strategies clearly to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues, brainstorm solutions, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of industry experience working in specialty pharmacies, hub services or telehealth companies that offer digital solutions to healthcare providers.
Experience in CRM, data management, emerging technologies, and regulatory compliance within the pharma industry.
Experience with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and industry standards for regulatory compliance.
