Job Description
Typical duties may include but are not limited to:
- Collects, manages, and analyzes survey data for various COE projects and initiatives.
- Compiles and reconciles course data, addressing discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Distributes COE surveys to target participants, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Organizes survey and course data in a clear, concise, and systematic format.
- Collects, summarizes, analyzes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports and data driven decision making. JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW
- Produces and presents data insights for use in reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Collaborates with the Director of Assessment to support ongoing accreditation efforts, including data preparation for accreditation reports.
- Assists in the preparation and presentation of assessment reports to various stakeholders within the College of Education.
- Maintains assessment data archives and ensure proper documentation for auditing and accreditation purposes.
- Develops data collection instruments and processes; develops and utilizes instruments and methods for the evaluation and quality control data.
- Assists with the integration of SLL and assessment tools with the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline data collection and reporting processes
- Assists with the effective use of data management systems such as SLL (Student Learning & Licensure by Watermark™) and LiveText to support teaching and learning. Provides guidance to faculty and staff on utilizing these platforms within the College of Education.
- Develops, documents, and maintains processes and procedures for institutional data quality and integrity.
- Works under guidelines for statistical reporting, analysis, and predictions governed by unit procedures, processes, and manuals.
- Collaborates with other institutional departments to create and enforce data standards, definitions, coding and reporting practices.
Other Duties:
- Performs administrative tasks as required to support accreditation efforts.

Additional Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- This position requires either six years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
- Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Qualtrics) and experience in survey distribution and analysis.
- Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Education, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 4 years professional full-time experience data collecting, analysis, or reporting in an academic setting.
- Experience with accreditation processes in higher education.
