Description
- Develop software for automotive products.- Design and implement platform architecture based on SOC + Virtualization + QNX/RTOS to support automotive products.
- Provide guidance to the development team on QNX, including the QNX toolchain and API usage.
- Customize, configure, and integrate BSP on QNX.
- Perform hardware board bring-up, including OS tailoring, bootloader, startup, and driver development.
- Optimize system performance in terms of bandwidth, latency, reliability, stability, scalability, etc.
- Collaborate with onsite project teams and counter-teams across various locations (China, India, US, Japan, Korea, etc.) and with relevant internal and external partners.
Requirements
Experience- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development for embedded systems using Linux, QNX, RTOS, or Android.
- Experience in automotive software development, including platform-level work, board bring-up, OS porting, and kernel tailoring, etc.
- Proficiency in performance optimization, efficient implementation, and software debugging.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Independent and proactive working style.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Intercultural competence and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Knowledge
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming is essential.
- Experience in multithreaded programming is essential.
- Proficiency in ARM and SOC architecture and development toolchains is essential.
- Experience with Python and ARM assembly programming is preferred.
- Familiarity with Nvidia ORIN/Xavier is preferred.
- Experience with QNX OS or Hypervisor is preferred.
- Knowledge of multiprocessor architecture, ARM processors, and virtualization technologies is preferred.
- Experience in optimizing QNX quick boot and startup is preferred.
- Understanding of automotive safety concepts and security threat analyses to meet ISO26262, ISO21434, and ASPICE processes is preferred.
