Description
•Responsible for drive the Bangalore office facility management services, including IFMS partner, physical security, and administration.•Support the development of business wide FM initiatives, including contract renewals, cost reduction strategies, and contract management plan.
•Evaluate and execute the infrastructure and retrofit projects, including design reviews and validating the BOQ as part of the construction and interior project management processes.
•Evaluation of project estimation, technical evaluation, scheduling, and adhering to the project deadlines.
•Inventory management of all consumables and analysis of consumption patterns.
•Ensure to adhere to local and global EHS practices all the time by working closely with the HQ team.
•Drive and own the administration functions of the company, like office management, travel, transport, hotel, cafeteria F&B, visa, event management, VIP visits etc.
•Identify and develop strong vendor relationships, including vendor sourcing

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree with at least 8+ years of experience working with corporate companies(Preferably semiconductor’s)•Experience in managing key stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, BU..etc)
