Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team!
Developing and designing workflow applications using Pega & Appian
Pega CLSA 8.x and beyond
Pega CLSA Certified on version 8.x or equivalent is required
Appian or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate))
Cloud domain knowledge with an AWS or Azure Certified
Agile, SDLC, and Iterative
Various hosting patterns like Pega SaaS, AWS, Azure
Object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
Designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)
SQL and/or working with other larger volume in data
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Version control systems, particularly Git, and branching strategies.
Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Observe, or Splunk.
Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in the software development lifecycle.
Expertise in automation frameworks and tools for testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.
