- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
- Develop and maintain databases, and build solution that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- First level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically, 0-1 years of experience in supply chain function or data analytics.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Strong teamwork and project management skill.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
- Strong SQL or Python programming skills, with aptitude for learning other skills, such as html.
- Good understanding of HP business units and HP business strategy.
