- This role will lead a team of data scientist, focus on integrating and centralizing customer data, explore customer's insight, developing advanced analytics models, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data technologies and data warehousing.- (1) Customer Data Warehouse Development:
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable Customer Data Warehouse that consolidates customer data from multiple sources (CRM, CEP, transactional systems, web analytics, etc.) to create a unified view of customer interactions. - (2) Explore & Enrich Customer Behavior Data:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior data to identify trends, preferences, and patterns. Enrich customer profiles by integrating additional data sources (e.g., social media, third-party data) to enhance understanding of customer motivations and behaviors. - (3) Advanced Analytics Model Development:
- Lead the development of advanced analytics models, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Customer Retention, and segmentation models, utilizing big data technologies. - (4) Team Leadership:
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientist. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and development. - (5) Collaborate and Advise:
- Engage with regional teams to align customer analytics initiatives with local market needs and strategies. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from regional stakeholders, ensuring that the data warehouse and analytics models are tailored to support regional objectives. - (6) Continous Development:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in big data analytics and customer insights. Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
Job Requirements
- 5 years or experience working in Data Scientist, with a focus on customer behavior data and recommendation models.
- Strong technical understanding of machine learning, statistic, and data mining.
- Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices for managing data pipelines and model deployment. Knowledge of Feature Stores and their implementation in data workflows.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, ...)
- Strong understanding of data quality delivery(term, process, framework, tools, ...).
- Experience in big data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark, and experience with data processing tools. Experience with Linux environments and command-line tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
