Job Description:
Sales Operations Data Analyst
Is a key role within the Aruba Merger, Acquisitions & Analytics team, providing insightful, reliable business analytics and support to a fast-moving, high-growth business. A positive “can do” attitude and a pro-active approach is key to success in this role
How you´ll make your mark
- Develop methods to enhance data reliability and quality by merging raw information from various sources to establish uniform and machine-readable formats.
- Create and assess architectures that facilitate data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modeling.
- Translate business requirements into system/application specifications and project elements to assist in identifying solutions to business challenges.
- Apply industry and information technology knowledge to back proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business growth.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings. Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to guide business strategies.
ETL Processes & Data Pipelines:
- Design, implement, and optimize ETL pipelines to transform raw data into structured formats. Automate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multiple sources. Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency.
Data Automation & Optimization:
- Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline data operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom solutions for process automation.
Data Governance & Management:
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies, including data privacy and security. Work with data engineering teams to maintain and improve data architecture. JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs. Provide ad-hoc analysis and data insights.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with data, ETL processes, or automation.
- Experience building automated data workflows and reporting solutions
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerbi, DAX and Strong SQL desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in building automated reports and models is a plus.
- Curiosity is a must.
