About the Role:
As a Manager in Software Engineering, you will lead a team of entry-level software engineers in the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for enhancing existing and creating new commercial products. Your leadership will focus on ensuring the team produces high-quality code, maintains efficient development practices, and adapts quickly to emerging technologies. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

It involves understanding user needs, defining functional specifications, designing system architecture, coding, debugging, and ensuring product quality. It also requires knowledge of various programming languages, tools and methodologies, and ability to work within diverse teams and manage projects.
