We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement both short-term and long-term technology solutions to address evolving application and systems architecture needs. You will work with new and existing systems, reviewing business requirements and crafting software solutions tailored to our needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new software applications or enhance current applications to meet system requirements and business processes.
  • Code, test, debug, document, and deploy software solutions as part of defined projects.
  • Develop logical programming for new applications and modify existing application logic as needed.
  • Ensure successful implementation and integration of system improvements.
  • Test and validate new software code to ensure quality and functionality
Professional Development:
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to achieve personal and project goals.
  • Gain specific functional expertise through formal education and practical experiences.
  • Develop technical and practical skills through structured work assignments and problem-solving activities.
  • Follow existing procedures to tackle routine problems and receive guidance from experienced colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • College or university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience demonstrating fundamental understanding of key principles and concepts.
  • Competent in applying concepts within the discipline of software development.
  • General knowledge of the business environment developed through educational or experiential background.
  • Ability to work independently on tasks with oversight and guidance from others.
  • Strong analytical skills for solving standard problems using existing procedures.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for exchanging straightforward information and ensuring mutual understanding.
  • Basic knowledge across multiple disciplines to enhance problem-solving and development strategy.

Compensation Range:  $80,000 - $90,000.

 Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
